Have you clicked on the “Learn” tab in Airheads Social recently? If so, you may have noticed that we’ve cleaned up the Knowledge Base page layout and changed the user interface to resemble rest of the community. This user interface change was part of a backend Tribal Knowledge Base software upgrade, and we hope you will find the new UI much easier to use. Take a look at the new community Knowledge Base and let us know what you think!
Video articles and community how-to guides now both have their own categories. Once you drill down to a category, you may filter by subject by clicking on the appropriate label on the right hand column.
If your Airheads “home” is the Discuss tab, you may have noticed a new addition to the discussion forums called “Wireless Water Cooler”. We realize the primary reason our community members visit Airheads Social is to engage in high quality technical discussions, but we also wanted to make sure that there’s a social area for members to get to know each other and have some fun (after all, our community is called “Airheads Social” :smileywink: ). So if you want to take a break from technical discussions in our primary forums, why not stop by the “Wireless Water Cooler” and hang out with us?
