Dozens of features are introduced to HPE Aruba Networking Central every month and a definitive list can always be found in our release notes. Highlighted feature updates for August focus on purpose-built AI and intuitive Streamlined firmware management observability – core pillars of the Central experience.
- Streamlined firmware management - Accessed through AI Insights card, our improved firmware recommender provides a centralized dashboard to create and manage firmware policies, monitor upgrade status in real time, and ensure version compliance at scale. Flexible scheduling and upgrade options help reduce manual effort and minimize operational disruption.

- Deeper Insights with 90-Day App Visibility Data – Now offers up to 90 days of historical data (previously 30 days), enabling deeper analysis of application performance over time. Combined with flexible filters by role, permission, app type, or server location, this helps IT teams troubleshoot issues more effectively and identify usage trends with greater precision.
- Centralized DHCP Server Profiles and Alerts – Automates IP and network parameter assignment from a central location, reducing manual configuration and ensuring consistent connectivity. Built-in alerts surface issues like delays, failures, timeouts, or rogue DHCP servers. Central also runs baseline diagnostics in the background, minimizing manual checks and helping IT teams jump straight to resolution.

- Hamina Floorplan Import Support – Import floors from Hamina along with Airwave and Ekahau at no extra cost to improve heatmap accuracy and streamline AP planning in complex environments.
