Stay ahead of wired, wireless and gateway issues with new AI-powered alerts. Detect misconfigured QoS before it affects voice/video quality, monitor table capacity to prevent silent failures and use time-series trends to troubleshoot CPU/memory spikes.

- Custom CLI troubleshooting workflows
The new Commands tab enables users to run diagnostic and troubleshooting commands on managed devices—individually or in bulk. It supports saved command sets per customer ID, real-time command previews, and running custom commands (except AOS-CX). Users can also edit inputs, delete selected commands, and perform advanced network health checks more efficiently all with foundation and advanced license.
Microsoft Defender for Endpoint integration – Enables Central to pull in endpoint risk and compliance data directly from Defender. This adds richer context to Client Insights, helping IT teams classify devices as secure, risky, or unmanaged for more accurate visibility.
- New License card on NOC dashboard screen - Quickly view license usage across all your sites from the global NOC dashboard.

- Added 3rd party switch monitoring features (Central OpsRamp Extension license required) - Central now supports device movements across sites and temperature fault alerts for third-party switches.
