You may have recently experienced a temporary issue accessing the HPE Networking Airheads Community due to an SSO-related disruption. We understand how important reliable access is when you depend on the community for technical guidance, troubleshooting, and ongoing support in managing your HPE network environment.
The Airheads Community is now back online, and we’ve also identified improvements to help reduce the likelihood of this issue happening again.
As part of this effort, the community is currently undergoing backend Single Sign-On (SSO) migration work. During this transition, you may notice a different username appearing when you log in. This is an expected and temporary result of the migration process. Once the migration is complete, the login experience will be finalized, and original usernames will be restored.
