    In one week, I have had two phones stop working normally. Cannot get anything through the handset, only through speaker. Both cases it seemed as though the Hands Free button had been on - we typically do not use this feature. I turned it off but still cannot use the handset. Any ideas?

    when you say nothing thru the handset , I assume you mean both transmit and recieve ?



    Can you change the handset and retest ?

    How about the speakerphone ?



    Unless you are under contract this is not supported anymore . You may have to replace the units .

    The hookswitch rubber tab is missing. open unit , find rubber and put it back on the hookswitch tab. 2102 issue.

    When you lift up the receiver there is no connection at all - it's not the handset itself; the phone doesn't recognize that the handset is picked up.
