I recently updated 5 procurve 2524 swtiches I have to F 5.22 - one of the switches ROM however is @ 1.01 - the rest are at 2.02 - should i update the one switch to 1.01? If so where can I find the rom update i only find the firmware update file on the Hp site.

hi kris!

the rom update ist not a separate file, it was inclusive by another firmeware version.
it is not a problem for you (or your switche). in the release notes to a newer firmeware version is mostly a notice to the minimum bootrom version, when it is importently.
