    Hello Erdi,

Have you tried to do it manually.

To execute the factory default reset on the switch, follow these steps:

    1. Using pointed objects, simultaneously press the Reset and Clear buttons on the front of the switch.
    2. Continue to press the Clear button while releasing the Reset button.
    3. When the Self Test LED starts flashing, release the Clear button. The switch will complete its self-test and begin operation with its configuration restored to factory defaul

You can try manually and try to upload the firmware again. What version are you using now where you are seeing the PoE disable ports?

In that case, I encourage you to tell the TAC engineer if you have an open case, or if you don't have one, try to open it, because an RMA of the device may be necessary in case a factory reset is not possible.
