2930M not accessible yet pingable

    Dear all,

    I need help tryna get ssh and web UI to work. The device is pingable, SSH keys are present, no management VLAN is set, no management IP scope is set. oobm is disabled, only V4, 

    The device is a 2930M (AOS latest) named SW0 with a bunch o' VLANS containing ID 60 being intended as the management VLAN (172.17.6.0/24). One port is connected to its router gateway (172.17.6.1) and its last port 24 is hooked to another Aruba(SW1)  behind it which is accessible completely fine. Port 24 on both boxes carry all VLANs tagged. Neither device will let me access SSH and GUI on SW0. 

    Any idea what I might be doing wrong ?
