Wired Intelligent Edge

Strange problem...speaker doesn't work, but when you pick up the receiver you get a dial tone. It will not let you place a call but it can receive calls just fine.



Any ideas????

You cannot place a call :



No dial tone ?

If yes then can other tels dial out ?



If no did you try swapping out the tel ?

The NBX should answer back when you go off hook and play dial tone .



You can also try and reset the eeprom ( program/6 and select reset eeprom .
