3502 unable to transfer calls

    Hello all,

     

    I am using a 3com 3502 phone and I am having trouble transferring phone calls using my call buttons... When I press Transfer>>the call button of desired extension>>Transfer... All it says is that it is an invalid extension yet when I type the same extension in it transfers no problem... 

     

    Please Assist

    Hi Comster,

     

    Its a bit difficult to respond given the little information provided. You may want to take a look at the following is that may affect the ability to transfer a call:

     

    1. COS - if trunk to trunk is blacklisted then transfer function wont work
