    Hi,



    I've just acquired a 2848 SFP plus switch that appears to be stuck in failsafe mode. I've gone through resetting to factory defaults and rebooting from that screen. I've tried the software update to the newest version as well which doesn't take. The 60 second counter gets to the end and I get "page cannot be displayed" in both Firefox and Internet Explorer.
