3com 3102A speakerphone

    I understand that the 3com 3102A phone has a full duplex speakerphone. When using the speakerphone, a user has complained that whomever he's speaking with here's a bunch of background noise.



    How can we resolve this?

    what troubleshooting have you done ?

    Did you try swapping out the tel ?

    do you have silent supression on?
