    I have one ADSL Wireless 11n Firewall Router (3CRWDR300A-73)and would like to set-up a WDS between my router to Acesses Point 9150 (3CRWE915075) to be able to extend my wireless network for the entire house.

    What I did so far is:



    1.Set-up both routers and AP with static ip, router A is connected to the internet.

    2.I have Enable Wds for Both and make MAC address for both



    3.I have bot Security Mode WPA Mixed for Both and same password



    4. Same SSID and Same Chanel Mode





    but AP not woring and modem dont repeat to ap



    why and what soultion?

    3Com only supports WDS between 2 similar devices unless otherwise specified.



    Those 2 will not work over WDS as they use different Wireless chips inside them I believe... ( Might be wrong though, but still not supported )
