After enter the update command in CLI, switch reboot and not boot again.

All LED's on Management Module is On.
Power, Fault and Locator LED's is On.
Serial Console not respond.

How solve this problem ?

I think the update command will reboot the switch into the bootROM. Just reset it again via the front panel or pull the power.

ProCurve Switch 5412zl(config)# update
The device will be rebooted to Monitor ROM Console.
This will take the switch offline and allow only direct console access.
Do you want to continue [y/n]?

I solve this problem.
Baud-rate on startup = 9600
When baud-rate = 11500 serial console not respond.
