You can contact the Support to obtain the latest not Generally available version to check if it fix your behaviour.

How many modules and what type is it ?
Do you have any configuration ?
Try to revert back the switch to default config, if the problem is not solved, then backward to your configuration.
Try to remove every modules, but not the management, if it failed then this is your module, otherwise add one module, etc...
You can try to test a different module in a slot where you identify the problem, this could be relevant to the slot itself.
