560 AP is not connecting to 850 Unified WLAN Controller

    I have an MSM560 AP that when plugged into the network is not connecting back to the 850 controller. According to the lights it does receive an address and then establishes a tunnel with the 850 but then restarts. It has been doing this for a half hour. 

    Things tried:

    1) Reset the AP

    2) Move the AP to the switch that the controller is directly plugged into

    Any thoughts??
