Trying again with windows formatted usb and triple-checked directory and still no luck:

After manual usb mount I succeeded to copy configuration to switch:

Problem is that with 6300 series it seems that ZTP from usb does not work at all!
My usb stick has fat32 format (MBR check)
In root directory of usb stick there is AOSCX folder which includes 34 folders named as serial number of switch and last there is ZTP folder inside "sn-folder" which includes config.cfg file containing proper cofinguration for switch... First three folders in screen capture below contains swi firmware and and are not important.

As far as I know I should be good to go, right?
Last monday I tried to initialize ztp several times resetting/erase zeroize switch just in case but nothing seems to happen after reboot..
Maybe 5 minutes after reboot I logged in (broke factory configuration status of switch) and checked out "sh ztp info" which reported "N/A" to all aspects and usb was not mounted.
I though that usb stick had problem but I succeeded to move configuration from usb to startup-config by using "usb mount" and "copy usb:/aos..../config.cfg startup-config" so I think usb is ok.

I don't understand your problem in detail? Could you please clarify what exactly your problem is and how your file structure looks like on the USB stick?
In addition I can recommend to watch the comphensive Video on YouTube for this feature:
