Dear Experts, 

Can someone guide/confirm do we need to create VSF between 2 x 6300M switches before moving them to central or can we create the VSF after i have 2 x 6300M onboarded to central and then create the VSF between them?

Generally I would create the VSF stack before onboarding them to Aruba Central.

I generally recommend that greenfield deployments of stacked CX switches is done in Central. The auto-stacking capability is relatively straight forward but is strict in how it works.

• First onboard only the conductor switch of the stack - not the members.
• ... check all the other steps / rules on what stops auto-stacking from working.

It's worth seeing how this works, especially if you have a larger deployment with multiple stacks.

It's more practical for me to build the stack before onboarding
