  • 1.  7210 Controllers LCD Panel totally Amber

    Dear experts,

     

    In my envorinment 7210 controllers are running in Master standby mode along with database synchronization features. Everything is working fine but the POWER LED and STATUS LED on both controllers are solid amber.

    This issue is being happened today. 

     

    What is going wrong on my equipments ?

    Dear Cjoseph 

     

    I didnt take picture but ports on the both controllers are properly operational but the LCD status showing POWER Led and STATUS Led both are solid orange .

    According to the 7200 series controller installation guide, that means you  could have a critical alarm.

    You should contact TAC to see if you have a hardware issue.
