  • 1.  9240 Gateways - I'll take anything you've got

    I was one of the suckers that bought 9240s for an AOS10 rollout before AOS10 was even released.  I expected documentation for the 9240s and how they interact with Central to come with the AOS10 release.  I still haven't found anything but a handful of slides from Atmosphere 23.  Does anyone out there have documentation?  

    I've had several issues with this platform.  The most recent scare is this little gem.  I also have IPSEC tunnels that flap all the time.  TAC has been less than helpful.  Users are mostly out of patience.  

    I will take links, personal documents or commentary.  I'll take napkin drawings.  I have to figure this out.

    Here you can find the configuration guide for AOS10 gateways 

    what firmware version are you running?

    As @ariyap already mentioned - to help you we have to have more details:

    • which software version are you running on APs / Gateways
    • how many APs / Users are in that installation?
    • do you use User Based Tunneling from Switches?
    • From AP the following CLI outputs would be from interest:
      • show ap debug stm-cluster node-msg-history
      • show ata report-msg-history
      • show overlay tunnel config

    BTW: AOS10 Support for 9240 was released in February 2023 with AOS10.4 - in that code train we now released 10.4.0.3, which is the release I would suggest to use as of today.
