Unfortunately on
https://h10145.www1.hp.com/downloads/SoftwareReleases.aspx?ProductNumber=JD375 you cannot find any download possibility for that release.

Does anyone know when the software will be available for download or could provide a correct link to it?

I tried to get some info out of HP about this around a month ago, without any success.  I even tried signing up for a separate account on H3C.com, but they seem to have restricted the download to selected users.  I didn't get past level 1 phone support before i gave up in frustration and just used r2208.  If you have more time and persistence than i have, you may get further.
