Wired Intelligent Edge

I am upgrading a company's NBX system to a VCX, they want to reuse their prompt files.  I can successfully login when I FTP to the NBX, but I get a "can't build data connection" and can not download any files or  do a "ls" to see the directory listing.

Is there a FTP setting on the NBX that I need to enable?

any thoughts?

I guess we can ignore this, I went to another computer and used filezilla and got in.  I guess the command prompt on my laptop was too powerful!

I use ws_ftp and I set the account up to a passport 160 and I can rerad ALL of the files in the NBX .
