Wireless Access

We have set up a bridge using two 530. We could not get it to work using WPA-PSK encryption, but when using the option "no-security" it works fine.
We are using the right MAC-addresses and the right radios. The connection itself works just fine but as soon we change to encryption we lose the wireless link.
Anyone else have experience in this area?

Make sure to set the radio channels (don't use Auto) and also pick a cipher for WPA, either CCMP or TKIP.

We did set the channel manually as this was required for it to work.
Where do you choose the cipher?
I am reluctant to test this "live" as I will have problems going back to the previous configuration once I have lost the WK connection.

We have got a similar problem with 530 WDS, we connect 5 WDS members to 1 WDS root. Connections work with WPA2-PSK, but as as soon as one of the WDS member are rebooted, the connection of another WDS member(random) is dropped by the WDS root. Only a reboot or an Update of Radio 2 can restore the connection for the dropped member. No-security or WEP do not show these instabilities. We have opened a case with HP, but have no solution yet.

It turned out that the external antennas were 802.11a and not g...
Stupid me. Once we changed this it worked fine.
