I see in my admin log ACD Real time Statistics is connecting.. However, I am not running

any ACD and not running Real Time Statistics.

Anyone have any idea what is going on?



here is what I see in the admin log:



20090105:022646 ACD RTS Client Connected from (null) Ip Address from port 27220.

20090105:023646 ACD RTS Client Connected from (null) Ip Address from port 24446.

20090105:024646 ACD RTS Client Connected from (null) Ip Address from port 61182.

20090105:025646 ACD RTS Client Connected from (null) Ip Address from port 24227.

hi.

I had the same thing on my system. The connections are by default port 1024. Notice in your admin log that the connections are 10 minutes apart so something is talking on port 1024 to the NBX every 10 minutes !!!!

Any network monitor or anything?

do an inetstatShow on the console port and this will show the IP address of the system that is connecting.
