    I've enabled Log Accounting Interim-Update Packets & Insight in ClearPass, but I'm still not receiving active session data. How can I troubleshoot this?

    I use cppm version 6.11.9

    i am assuming you have configured interim accounting on your NADs as well, if thats the case, then do a pcap.

    Yes, I have configured interim accounting in NAD.

    Maybe I will try pcap first.

    remember you can quickly do a pcap on ClearPass
