When you run the startup script, it will ask you if you have layer 3 redundancy and it will ask for the primary and backup ip addresses. The primary address will be the VRRP of the MMs in DC1 and the ip address of the MM in DC2. If the controllers are already added, you go to configuration, drill down the the individual MD and enable the Layer 3 redundancy switch and enter the ip address information for the VRRP in the first DC and the ip address in the second DC.
