I want to know if it is possible to create user locally on Air wave and apply them the accurate authorisation, as from some users which are external to my company I can not create  them a compte in my AD

Yes, we can create local user in Airwave under AMPSetup > Roles & AMPSetup > Users, create role first and then map role to the user.

Above screen shot show list of role available in Airwave, based on role type we have page access to few modules in Airwave GUI.

1 client VPN

2 open https and ssh ports from my FW to Airewave

3 using ssh to acces my switch

Users which we create in Airwave are local to Airwave where they case access to Airwave GUI with few restriction based on role we assign.

We can not SSH to switch from Airwave directly, if switch is added and telnet/ssh user details provided in Airwave then it uses this credentials to read switch config and also we can run few switch commands from GUI.
