sending 300Mbps , In this case how airtime fairness will work

It depends on how you have it configured :
- fair access , gives equal amount airtime access whether it's legacy or 802.11n or ac
- preferred access , the algorithm gives more airtime access if the device is using an 802.11n vs a legacy device
