Both our ampadmin and amprecovery accounts have expired as per the 8.2.10 password restrictions.

If I upgrade Airwave to 8.2.10.1, will the expiry issue be resolved by the upgrade process or do I need to log a case to fix the account expiry first before upgrading?

    Thanks

We don't have option to upgrade server from GUI, you need AMPCLI ampadmin credentials to upload file (offline upgrade) and execute upgrade command.

Need to mount ISO image and get in to rescue mode to reset password and upgrade to latest code 8.2.10.1 where we have password expiry issue fixed.

    Thanks Pavan.

Do we need to mount the full 8.2.10.1 .iso or can we use 8.2.10.0?

Presumably we need to open a case for support to access the rescue mode or is this something users can do with instructions?

We can mount 8.2.10 ISO image, I would recommend to open TAC ticket, steps are not shared on community forum.
