I begin with airwave. I read User guide.

Is there a tuto to practise Airwave ?

I succeed discover a controller. But this object stays in new device and nothing more happens.

Device list stays empty, just new columns displays controller discovered without infos.

I wait controller information like ap associated to it and more

What can i do to make  a new  equipment as monitored equipment ?

With APs belong to controller, i try to discover them  without success.

I thhink APs don't answer to snmp request. Do you know if APs belong to controller, without intelligency ( opposite to IAP) can be discovered by airwave ?

My goal is to manage controller and APs.

Its a shareware license.

If it is in the "New" category, you have to move the device to a folder and a group (default is fine).

Once you have the controller showing up in the new device list you need to manually add that controller to a group and folder on Airwave. Then only Airwave will start snmp poll with that controller. Once the snmp poll start the controller will show up on Airwave and the thin APs associated to the controller will start populating under new device list, which again needs to be added to respective group and folder on Airwave.

Baseline. Airwave will start talking to a device only once its moved a group and folder and wont collect data if its in new device list.
