I'm new on airwave so this might be an obvious question.

Is it possible in airwave to have different users responsible for only part of devices, that would be different geographic locations, having visibility only on them and not all of the infrastructure ?

Yes. There's option to create Roles based on Folders. Users can be assigned to those Riles for access to those Folders only. 

Typically customers, set their folder hierarchy based on location.
