What does the Max Usage metric relate to in the Airwave reports?

Is it max amount of traffic for one device between AP or for all devices?

Which report and screenshot of report, please?

I believe that is report for Access point which serves the most traffic.
Airwave ranks these Access points as top 10 max usage access points.
