A HTTPS certificate has nothing to do with if you can reach your Airwave server from the outside. You would need to make the Airwave server reachable through the WAN/VPN/SSE. I'd rather deprecate to put an Airwave server open on the internet.

Subject: Airwave Symptoms when uploading ssl certificate
Hello
My client wants to access and manage Airwave from outside.
So I tried installing the certificate locally, but the result is not good.
Version: 8.3.0.1
Type: VM
Certificate: .pfx (pem -> pfx)
First, I completed uploading the file and installing the SSL certificate in CLI.
There were no errors during installation, and Airwave rebooted successfully.

Symptoms
-Domain cannot be accessed from outside
-Domain can be accessed locally
-HTTPS security warning (default)
-Certificate information (default)
How should I proceed?
Please guide me.
