Dear Experts, 

I cannot understand which ip address shall be the system ip address? in normal legacy controller setup is it the same as controller-ip? because i think this will be the same ip on which APs form tunnel with controller right? 

In my typical case, i always have controller ip on Vlan 1 (in lab setup) so shall i configure it to be system ip?

Yes, the system ip is what the gateway uses for communication to the device, also where APs form their tunnels to. It's comparable to the controller-ip in AOS8.
