In AOS10, you configure per WLAN/SSID a cluster and optionally a secondary cluster in case the primary cluster is not available:

But you may consider a single cluster of 4 gateways which is active-active-active-active in that case. I don't think there is a active/standby mode anymore, unless you configure a single gateway as primary and another as secondary, but not sure in which case that would make sense.
