  • 1.  AP 315 is down

    Hello Experts,

    We face with the issue which I not familier with that, 

    last week, 8 out 155 our AP-315 went down for 42 min. I started to dig all logs in different places (SW and Airwave). 

    In on of our controller in 

    Dashboard--->Access Point---> System Status AP Name shown me the message below:

    Reboot Information

    AP rebooted Wed Dec 31 16:05:30 PST 1969; DHCP timed out

    Rebootstrap Information

    Date Time Reason (Latest 10)

    1969-12-31 16:05:06 New connection, Changing to LMS (192.168.96.81) [cur_lms_index: 0, event: REDUN_EVENT_TUNNEL_UP, cur_state: REDUN_STATE_TUNNEL_MASTER, function: redun_tunnel_up(5183)]

    In parallel I have checked with our admin for switches status and he confirmed that all switches work fine.

    Note:

    Mobility Master with version 8.6.0.9 

    2 Controller MC1-MC2 7202 run 155 AP 315

    Check the DHCP scope for the subnet that the APs are pulling their IP address from.
