    Hello,

we have recently bought some AP 605H which I try to connect to our Mobility Conductor / Controllers. If I try to convert the APs (Delivered as InstantOn) it says "Downloading information from controller" and fails after a few minutes. I checked the Mobility Controllers logfile and found the following:

Aug 20 15:10:59 2025  stm[8783]: <399803> <8783> <ERRS> |stm|  An internal system error has occurred at file sapm_ap_mgmt.c function sapm_get_img_build_version_str line 20574 error stat /mswitch/sap/arm32emmc.ari failed: No such file or directory.

So I checked the AP Image Versions on the controller and it seems like the arm32emmc.ari file is not there:

The Conductor and Controllers (7210)  running version 8.10.0.18. The APs where delivered with version 8.12.0.0 (I manually upgraded them to 8.12.0.2).

The Release notes for version 8.10.0.19 (seems like 8.10.0.18 is no longer available) lists the AP 605H as compatible with version 8.12.0.x - 8.13.x.x.

Do I have to upgrade the Controller to 8.13.x or is there anything else I'm missing?

    Kind Regards

    Rouven

The AP-605H needs at least 8.12 on the controllers.
