I am currently setting up a single AP-635 in standalone / instant-mode and I can't find the option to enable 160MHz channel bandwidth in the WebUI, I only have the option for 80MHz:

Does anybody know how I can enable 160MHz?

you should have it, perhaps you are running an old firmware.

    This screenshot is using 8.11.0.1

That's interesting. My Aruba Ap is running on 8.9.0.0_81161 and if I go to Maintenance -> Firmware it tells me there is no new version available?

If you don't have an active support contract on your AP, ask your reseller for the software upgrade. Alternatively, you could register for an Aruba Central evaluation, from there upgrade your AP and unregister the AP again.

Do you have asp.arubanetworks.com account? If not, register and try to get FW from there.
