Thank you - yes we needed to upgrade so I have done that. That has fixed it (2.4 and 5 now working) but there is a difference between the 654 and 634 6GHz radio that we are testing on. Here are the two different outputs for the radios. As you can see they differ but both are in the same group, same radio profile.
AP-634:
AP "d4:19:72:" Radio 2 Operating Information
----------------------------------------------------
Item Value Source
---- ----- ------
High Efficiency throughput Enabled Automatically selected
Mode AM Regulatory
Band 6GHz
Max SSIDs 16 Configuration
AP-654
AP "3c:e8:6e:" Radio 2 Operating Information

Item Value Source
---- ----- ------
High Efficiency throughput Enabled Automatically selected
Mode AP Configuration
Band 6GHz
Max SSIDs 16 Configuration
Primary Channel 33 Automatically selected
40MHz Secondary Channel 0 Automatically selected
EIRP 21.0 AP AirMatch
Cell size reduction 590863328 dB
Bridge mode vaps 0

Do you know why that might be? We have had a tentative suggestion from our Aruba contact that it could be differences between the chipsets, which sounds plausible, but...?

Check the DRT. You need a minimum of 1.0_93670 or later for 2.4/5 GHz with the 654 in the UK (CC GB).
