    Hello,

    When i tried to assign AP-103 to Aruba controller manually with different VLAN i get Flag ID, what is the problem.

    D typically means that some traffic between the AP and the MD are blocked or cannot pass.

    I = Inactive; D = Dirty config; and what Colin mentioned is the issue in general, no communication between the AP and controller which also could be a routing issue.
