Creating a warehouse WiFi design is the most difficult thing to make and depends on many factors.
For example, consider maximum height. But also the high damping that materials in the rack can provide, but the same rack is empty again a week later.
In the most common scenario, access points with directional antennas are installed in warehousing.
The AP-5xx series have downtime and can be placed up to approximately 10 meters (33 feet) high if it is a large open space. If there are many warehouse shelves, directional antennas are more likely to be chosen.
The Aruba Instant ON is intended for small (SOHO / non-enterprise) office environments and has limited configuration options compared to Aruba AP-5xx access points which are intended for enterprise environments. Aruba Instant ON and Aruba Instant are two total different products.
My personal opinion is that the AP-5xx is better suited for warehouses and there are models available with both internal and external antennas.
If you have little experience with designing WiFi networks, I advise you to contact a hearing specialist.
