Have you checked the controller logs ('show log all')? If APs are rejected, that is in general logged on the controller.
If you don't see anything on the controller for this AP, you may check from the AP console if there is information shown there indicating the problem.

I don't know if it is online or not, cos I have only mac address information. It is a valid mac, but I need to know its IP, or I need to scan about 300 branches...

Do you have enough licenses to allow the AP on? (show license-usage)
Do you have enough AP capacity on your controller? (show license limits, show license platform limits)
Further, you could check the controller logs when the AP tries to join to see if there are messages pointing you in the right direction. Unauthorized APs, firmware/incompatible APs, and so on are typically logged in the controller logs.

Subject: AP not approved information
Hi all,
we have a mobility conductor with 2 mobilit controller in vrrp and about 1000 APs. They are worked fine, except one that I found in Campus AP Allowlist that is not approved.
I approved that AP, but, after about half an hour it return back in the same list, unapproved.
Unfortunnately there is the only information about mac address of the AP, no other information.
The AP never come to campus AP with default configuration.
The problem is that there are lots of branches and it is not so simple to search mac on switches.
Is there a cli command to understand more about this AP? This is a L3 infrastructure, so, I expected to see an IP address.
Thanks.
