AP Performance with SSID in bridge mode

    Hi All,

     

    When an AP is broadcasting an SSID with a VAP configured as bridge mode this will put strain on the AP due it having to process the traffic. Even more so if there are complex user roles being applied, I assume?

     

    Has anyone tested how many clients an AP can support on an SSID in bridge mode without affecting performance?

     

    Are there any rules or recommendations regarding SSIDs in bridge mode?
