Does anyone with Aruba central skill a idea how to solve this issue we see this in our logs in aruba central HPE GreenLake
global --> Alerts and Events 4693
1) Authentication delay detected More than 30% of Authentication attempts made in the last 30 minutes were delayed more than 1000ms at site
2) 802.1x authentication failure detected More than 30% of 802.1x authentication attempts made in the last 30 minutes have failed on SSID Arubah Servers 1.1.1.1 lost queries 1 (33%) on AP X at site X B 0 impacting 1 client
1) how to find the actual client how might have that issue in global log there is no reference to the actual client. looking on the logs of the device where client access the network/authenticate no Authentication delay / 802.1x authentication failure detected logs are found to above mentioned log
- bare in mind I have no access to AD environment. the ones maintaining it have very very limited AD skill
2) We've permanent issues with HP G8/9/10 with the aruba central and their AP 635. specifically authentication issues. since we migrated to aruba central ( no NOT my idea )
- with Macbook are no issues ( my advice get rid of the HP laptops but is Company decided purchase policy), Only HP laptop have constant issues with Aruba network. and laptopt who is not willing (capable) to update drivers Wireless Client HP. (Known issus confiirmed by HP TAC : driver Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz)
