Does anyone with Aruba central skill a idea how to solve this issue  we see this in our logs in aruba central HPE GreenLake

global -->  Alerts and Events  4693

    1) Authentication delay detected  More than 30% of Authentication attempts made in the last 30 minutes were delayed more than 1000ms at site

    2) 802.1x authentication failure detected More than 30% of 802.1x authentication attempts made in the last 30 minutes have failed on SSID Arubah Servers 1.1.1.1 lost queries 1 (33%) on AP X at site X B 0 impacting 1 client

    1) how to find the actual client how might have that issue in global log there is no reference to the actual client. looking on the logs of the device where client access the network/authenticate no  Authentication delay / 802.1x authentication failure detected logs are found to above mentioned log

    • bare in mind I have no access to AD environment. the ones maintaining it have very very limited AD skill

    2) We've permanent issues with HP G8/9/10 with the aruba central and their AP 635. specifically authentication issues.  since we migrated to aruba central ( no NOT my idea )

    - with Macbook are no issues ( my advice get rid of the HP laptops but is Company decided purchase policy), Only HP laptop have  constant issues with Aruba network. and laptopt who is not willing (capable) to update drivers Wireless Client HP. (Known issus confiirmed by HP TAC : driver Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz)

    our network

    Client HP G8/9/10 (Window 11)

    layer 2 Aruba (HP 6200) (HP 6405 v2 ) ( aruba central cloud  )

    Aruba Gateway 9240

    AP 635 (Aruba Access Point)

Clearpass  C2000V platform ( running on Hyper V)

    Layer 3 Palo Alto

if you see it under Global->Events then you should be able to see client's MAC address. See if you have selected the column.
