  • 1.  Apple Device can`t connect

    Our Apple Devices can`t connect to SSIDs if the Network "MAC authtentication" is activatet. 

    Version: 8.13.1.0 LSR

    Apple Device Version: 26.01

    1. I add a new user with the "real" MAC Adress and the password is the same  -> can`t connect
    2. I checked "Delimiter character" 
    3. If I disable MAC Filter the Apple Device can connect
    4. I have one "Role" with all is allowed

    What is the solution?

    what is your authentication server? is it clearpass?

    The Authentication server is the "InternalServer". What do you mean with "clearpass"?

    is the device using randomise MAC?
