    Hi,

    Very inexperienced AOS user here, but God loves a trier, as they say.

    We work in a small college in the education sector and we've come across an issue with Apple School Manager / IOS and some of our SSIDs.

    Our students are able to enroll using our Visitor SSID (captive portal), but not when using any SSID that uses RADIUS to authenticate.

    However, we do need them to use their own credentials using our Student SSID, but this uses RADIUS to authenticate .

    We think this is a cert issue, but we're not 100% sure.

    Has anyone out there have a solution, or, know where the problem may lie?

    Hello there...

    So Apple School Manager is typically used with an MDM system. Here is where you would be able to push configurations to managed devices, including Radius certificates so they don't get prompted to trust the unknown certs.

    Is this the issue?

    Hi,

    We are using Intune as MDM, but it's not pushing the certs out for us. It just won't work.....MS and Apple do not play nice.
