Application and Application Category do not work

    Hello,

     

    I have an IAP 315 and I'm trying to filter by an "Application" or "Application Category" (whatsapp for example) and I'm unable to make it works. If do the same filtering by "network" or "web category" it works well.

     

    I have enabled "system-apprf visibility" and "system-url visibility".

    I have tried firmware version "6.5.3.4..." and "6.5.4.4...".

     

    I can't find what I could be doing wrong. Please, any idea/help?
