Reboot the MCR.
Run "airmatch runnow full".
A solution should be generated after a time.
If that doesn't work, open a case with TAC as you've got some sort of issue going on.

From the MM you can use the "show airmatch solution ap-name" - as well as other optimization commands - to get additional details.
