yes without ARM or any other mgmt tool like Central, then it is a manual process.

If you override channel settings for ARM, everything is manual. Is that correct? It is impossible (as far as I can see) to tell ARM to use a specific channel for some AP as a part of a channel plan for non-overlapping channels manually assigned.
The idea would be to manually assign channels, now that ARM can't do it properly, and then still let ARM choose the power level, but I don't think that is possible, right?

No, we do not subscribe to Aruba Central.

After having these issues for years, I suddenly get a breakthrough shortly after asking here.
It turns out the "issue" was DRT, so the APs work as they should.
I no longer need help concerning this issue.
I might have issues optimising the wifi settings, which band, channels etc., the APs chose since ARM do not work well for us; ARM chose the same channel for APs that are right next to each other and chose seemingly random power values. With the default settings and most optimisation I've tried, the clients I've used for testing seem to prefer connecting to the indoor APs rather than the outdoor APs when I am outside, which does not work very well. However, any such help goes far beyond what can be expected in this forum.
One thing you might be able to help with, though: I there a way to easily mass-assign manual channels and power levels? It takes many clicks or manual login to all APs.
I have an idea for some custom automation login into all the APs via SSH, but maybe there is no need to "reinvent the wheel", so to speak.

Are the AP-575s running as Instant APs? what firmware version are they running?
please paste a screenshot of the administrative assigned value along with the Dashboard->AP

Hi
I've got 33 x 505 and 2 x 575. The indoor 505 works just fine, but the outdoor 575 does not transmit with the near-lowest power setting.
I've tried anything, but ARM prevents the AP from working at its full potential. How to override ARM power limitations? The administrator-assigned power does not work.
ARM force them to transmit with so little power that the indoor 505 has a better signal outside than the signal from the 575!
Sometimes after a reboot, they briefly transmit with high power, but the log says ARM degrees transmit power because it is too high, not why or how to override it. It is not too high, there is barely any signal.
Thanks in advance!
