    Hi

    Recently fiber was installed and we changed the feed without modifying any settings on the controllers, Everything was installed in 2018 and the fiber switch was installed last week. I can ping the controller but it comes back saying:

    Unsupported protocol. The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite.

    Also only 4 of the 10 AP's come on but then disappear. The 7005 is using Version 6.5.1.4

    Should I attempt to update the certificates, I was told these devices are EOL for a few years now. Today we will switch back to the old service provider to see what happens.

    The 7005 controller & ArubaOS 6.5.x are still supported. The 620 controller is outside support. Could you try with the 620 controller shut down, only usinf the 7005?
